全静,女,讲师。博士毕业于西南财经大学工商管理学院,读博期间曾赴荷兰伊拉斯姆斯大学鹿特丹管理学院(Erasmus University, Rotterdam School of Management)进行访学。主要研究方向为组织行为学与人力资源管理,研究成果发表在《Journal of Organizational Behavior》、《International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management》、《Applied Psychology: An International Review》、《南开管理评论国际版》、《软科学》等国内外高水平期刊。
